Dealing with Stress
Content of the Workshop:
Being stressed is well known to you from school, it’s a constant companion during your studies – at least while preparing your exams. And certainly it will be an issue in your future working life. So how to deal with a high working pressure, multiple demands from outside and a constant high stress level in the long term?
In this workshop you have the opportunity to explore your own stress competence in a relaxed and reassuring atmosphere. You will discover your personal resources for dealing with stress so you can improve the workflow of your studies and your working life according to your own ideas. What is important: this course is not just about being efficient and well-organized. Above all it is about active ways of dealing with stress and effective forms of relaxing. You get proven concepts (work-life-balance, energy-balance, self-priming, active stress management, inner and outer sources of stress etc.) and develop a better understanding of the framework of effective stress management this way. You get effective tools for improving your specific stress competence. This course is suitable for all terms, no previous knowledge is required. As usual we put the emphasis on your practice: all participants can test the relevant tools and techniques and find out what is working best for them.
